Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
They were created because our CEO Stephen Shortt couldn’t find a suitable product on the market for his sensitive skin, with a fragrance he liked. All of our products are packed full of natural ingredients with no nasties included. It is very rare that we get feedback from a customer with a reaction to a product. Check out the ‘For Sensitive Skin’ label on our packaging, where some of our products have been specifically tested for sensitive skin.
Are your products tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals. They are kind to skin, kind to animals and contain no nasty ingredients.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products, except our hair wax, matt clay, water pomade, beard balm and moustache wax, are suitable for Vegans.
Is your shave brush synthetic or does it use animal hair?
Our shave brush only uses synthetic nylon bristles.
What is the difference between Water Pomade and Matt Clay?
Both products will style and protect the hair, but Water Pomade will give you a wetter, sleeker look and Matt Clay will give you a drier look.
What is the difference between Beard Oil and Beard Balm?
Beard oil will nourish and condition your beard hair and skin, helping it grow thick and strong. Beard balm will help you style your beard as well as keep it in good condition.
Why does your shampoo / body wash not have a full lather?
Because of our natural ingredients and formulation, our products are gentler on the skin and hair and as such tend to foam less. But that doesn’t mean they are less effective, just kinder to skin and hair.
Will your products help my hair grow back?
While our hair products can help your hair look fuller, they cannot help hair regrowth.
